We’re excited to announce a brand new exhibition space to the gallery – Object Space. Comprising two bespoke glass cabinets, this space was created with contemporary printmaking in mind. More and more printmakers are pushing their art into the three-dimensional world; as a gallery focused upon contemporary printmaking and its revolutions, Object Space caters to the new world of printmaking. This is a world where traditional printmaking approaches and dynamic creativity combine.
While currently showcasing PJP artists, this space is open to printmakers outside of our stable. We encourage applications by any sculptural artists or object makers whose work intersects with the world of print. this can include, but is not limited to the use of ‘printerly’ materials, graphic imagery, use of printmaking techniques on non-traditional print materials, or conceptual ties to printmaking – the options are almost endless!
